OpenAI (Career Coach chat functionality) - We use OpenAI's API to power our Career Coach chat feature. Per OpenAI's data policy, API data is not used to train or improve their models. Data sent via the API is retained for 30 days solely for abuse and misuse monitoring, after which it is permanently deleted. Payment processors - We use third-party payment processors (Stripe) to handle subscription payments. We do not store full credit card details.
Communication providers - We use third-party services for email and SMS notifications when you opt in to receive them.

We require all service providers to maintain appropriate security measures and to use your information only for the purposes we specify.
